Order Processing
We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days.
Orders are generally processed Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches or promotions, processing may take a little longer.
New Zealand Delivery
We currently offer delivery within New Zealand.
Available delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location, courier service and circumstances outside our control.
Rural Deliveries
Rural deliveries may take longer than standard urban deliveries and may have additional delivery charges where applicable.
Any applicable shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the courier has collected your parcel.
